When will my order ship?
***Due to increased safety measures for our staff, there may be a 1-3 day delay in processing your order***
Most orders ship from Las Vegas within 1-2 business days of your order. Please allow additional processing time for custom or international orders.
How do you ship orders?
All orders are ship via UPS, with the exception of the below destinations.
Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO/PO BOX?
Yes. Orders will ship via Priority Mail regardless of shipping method chosen.
Do you ship to US TERRITORIES (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)?
Yes. We exclusively use USPS to ship to US Territories.
Do you take international orders?
Yes. All orders ship via UPS. Duties, taxes, and brokerage are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your return policy?

How do I update my password?
To update your password, go to the My Account page and enter the new password in the "Password" and "Confirm Password" fields and then click the "Update" button that is located below the Billing Address field.
I have a coupon code but it is not working, what should I do?
