Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes tracking information.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. All orders ship via UPS. Duties, taxes, and brokerage are the responsibility of the recipient.

What do I do if my coupon doesn't work?

What if the product I want isn't available?
Our site is updated daily with inventory being added and removed frequently. If you do not see the item you're looking for, it is likely out of stock.
We suggest that you sign up for our newsletter for the latest news on product releases and restocks.
For items that are on the site, but unavailable to purchase, we recommend utilizing the "notify me when in stock" option, which can be found on the product's page when applicable.

How do I cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us through the Contact Us form below. We process orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery, so it may not be possible to change or cancel your order once it's confirmed.
How do I return or exchange my order?

Buy Online, Pick-Up In-Store / Local Pick-Up
When can I pick up my order?
You will receive a separate notification email when the order is ready. We aim to have pick-up in-store orders ready within 2-4 business days unless otherwise stated in the product description.
Orders will be available to pick up at The Armory after puck drop during Vegas Golden Knights games.
What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
Please have your confirmation email available upon arrival to collect your order.
How long will the store hold my order?
Orders will be held for up to 30 business days. If an order is not picked up within this timeframe, it will be subject to cancellation, with the exception of VGK Authentics merchandise.

What is VGK & HSK Authentics?
This program is the team's official channel for Game-Used, Game-Worn and Pro-Stock products. Tagging these products with the holograms shown below, ensures fans and collectors that their item is authentic.
How are items authenticated?
Items are collected from the ice or the locker room by NHL off-ice officials or the team's head equipment manager. These items are given to the VGK Authentics team to be tagged and distributed. Game-used and game-worn products were seen in use by the NHL off-ice officials, the head equipment manager, and/or the VGK Authentics team. Every item is individually tagged with an official tamper-proof hologram and is entered into our online database, allowing fans to trace the authenticity of their items through VGK Authentics. This easy-to-use tracking system gives five fans access to all the details surrounding each item, while also ensuring memorabilia is issued by the Vegas Golden Knights and is 100% authentic.
What do I do if I can't find the exact game-worn/game-used piece that I'm looking for?
VegasTeamStore.com lists items as they become available from the VGK Authentics department.
