Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date. 
• Customized jerseys, traded/retired players, dated merchandise, and VGK and HSK Authentics items and items marked as "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return or exchange.
  
• Items that are in damaged or worn condition may be denied a refund.
• Your return will be processed in 5-7 business days from the day that we receive it.  You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed.
• Please note that a shipping and handling fee of $7.99 will apply to all return labels provided by our team, which includes labels created through the Return & Exchange Portal.
• Online purchases must be returned through our online return process and cannot be returned in-store. We are also unable to process returns for in-store purchases.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  

International Orders

We are unable to accept any returns or exchanges for international orders through our Return & Exchange Portal at this time. To return your international order, please ship your return to the address below. Shipping fees are not eligible for a refund.
