• Customized jerseys, traded/retired players, dated merchandise, and VGK and HSK Authentics items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Your return will be processed in 3-5 business days from the day that we receive it.  You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed.
• Shipping is non-refundable.
